Now that Vice President Kamala Harris has been promoted to the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, the main stream media has started to run interference and paint a sunny picture of just how bad she failed as the southern border czar overseeing massive illegal immigration.
Axios has now claimed that the title of “border czar” was never given to Kamala Harris in a recent publication which couldn’t be further from the truth and blatant misinformation.
Those on X commented relentlessly slamming the media outlet for lying to Americans and even gave examples of the outlet using her title as border czar in news articles they published from the past. The severe backlash led Axios to edit the original story after they had been caught red-handed.
“Editor’s note: This article has been updated and clarified to note that Axios was among the news outlets that incorrectly labeled Harris a ‘border czar’ in 2021,” the updated story stated.
The Democrats are trying to claim that Harris was not actually responsible for anything at the border and the massive influx of illegal migrants rather her job as border czar was to figure out the root causes for such large migration from Latin American countries. It doesn’t take a border czar/vice president to figure out why they’re leaving poverty to come to America, especially when Biden and Harris left the door wide open.
The main stream media outlets will still continue to try and scrub Harris’ radical and ineffective record. Good on the X community for catching this blatant lie and then following it up with facts like the NBC report that stated the vice president’s role was described as “solving the immigration crisis at the border.”
