The Spokane Police Department is asking for help identifying a man who's been seen jogging around the Gonzaga campus and touching women as he passes.
He's described as a white male, 20-30 years, approximately 5’08” to 6’00” tall with a slender build, short dark hair and had a “chin strap” style beard at the time.
