SANDPOINT, Idaho -A Charlotesville, Virginia man is hoping to get some revenge on a Sandpoint man who he says has been making racist robocalls across the country.

But, the payback may not be what you expect.

Justin Beights says the idea was spurred after the "Unite The Right" rally that happened in his hometown of Charlottesville.

Then came the robocalls.

Beights believes the calls are coming from a man named Scott Rhodes, who lives in Sandpoint.

He thinks that now it's time for Rhodes to face the music.

Beights says he's working on getting a permit with the city of Sandpoint to allow for accordion clowns to play outside of Rhodes's home.

Beights tells KHQ that the plan is to have these clowns play the Carly Rae Jepsen hit "Call Me Maybe."

The original idea was to have the concert of clowns play October 9th, 2018, but Beights says permitting issues have forced them to push that back to the spring or, he says, whenever Scott Rhodes least expects it.
