SPOKANE, Wash. -Three dispatchers and three patrolmen were recognized with a “Distinguished Achievement Award” on Wednesday.

The recognition is for how they responded to a vehicle pursuit across state lines in March. The chase ended with the arrest of 28-year-old Rodney Bradley, who is accused of kidnapping his wife and two children.

Bradley, who is from Spokane Valley, led Idaho State Police and Shoshone County Deputies on a pursuit that ended with spike strips successfully being deployed. He's currently in the Shoshone County Jail, facing felony charges for kidnapping and eluding law enforcement.

The patrolmen recognized are Sergeant Sean Lind, Trooper Brittany Clark and Master Corporal Chuck Robnett. The dispatchers (also known as Regional Communications Officers) are Stephen Thompson, Jaimelyn Rupp and Mary Conrad.
