SPOKANE, Wash. -Spokane Police responded to an unattended death of a male outside of a downtown business Sunday afternoon.
Around 1:45 p.m., police responded to the scene at the 700 block of E. 2nd Ave. Spokane PD detectives are actively investigating to determine the cause and nature of the unattended death.
The adult male was located by a bicyclist who was riding down an alleyway between two businesses near 2nd Ave. and Hatch St.
Spokane Police ask anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area, or had any information for the death investigation, to call Crime Check at (509)456-2233.
The identity of the deceased and the cause of death will be released by the Spokane Medical Examiner’s Office once proper notifications have been made to the family of the deceased.
