SPOKANE, Wash. - An early morning crime spree in north Spokane led Spokane Police to the arrest of three subjects after several reports of vandalism in an apartment complex.

Spokane PD responded to the complex at Westview Ct. for a graffiti incident. Upon arrival, officers noticed red spray paint covering property all over the area including fencing, tables and more. Multiple citizens called in saying their vehicles had been painted, some with heavy damage with paint on windows, hoods and doors.

Citizens turned over surveillance video to officers, and some of the people in the video were identified.

Officers made contact with some of the subjects from the video and three arrests were made after investigation. Two of the subjects are juveniles, while 19-year old Jae Saulibio was arrested and booked. Spokane PD estimated there to be tens of thousands of dollars in damage. Jae will be charged with 1st degree Malicious Mischief.

The investigation is ongoing and there are still other suspects at large. Police believe not all victims of the vandalism have come forward and are asked to call Crime Check if their vehicle was vandalized.
