SPOKANE, Wash. -A Spokane father is facing three felony charges so far and that could be just the beginning.

On Tuesday, 56-year-old Charles Green was once again in front of a judge, this time facing domestic violence charges. He's accused of strangling his 15-year-old daughter to the point of her nearly passing out.

With three pending cases, including two assaults and communicating with a minor for immoral purposes -- for sending explicit messages to friends of his daughter's -- prosecutors asked the judge to set his bond at $200,000.

They say he failed to appear after he was released a week ago on $25,000 bond stemming from other charges.

Green's attorney argued that with his daughter in custody of the state, and lacking a criminal history he should be released.

In the end, the judge set Green's bond at $5,000, which he posted. He was released from the Spokane County Jail Tuesday evening. He remains under investigation for multiple felonies, including trying to trade drugs for sex with underage girls.

Green is scheduled to be arraigned on the three felony charges on Wednesday morning.
