Armed and dangerous Spokane felon on the run

Spokane Police are asking the public to be aware and on the lookout for a convicted felon who is considered armed and dangerous.

Thursday night, just before 10pm, 47-year-old Christopher Felch fired a firearm several times at two males at an apartment complex, striking one in the foot. The shooting happened in the 2000 block of W Broadway.  Responding officers located an adult male victim with non-life threatening injuries.

Felch fled the scene on foot and his current whereabouts are unknown. 

A search warrant was conducted on Felch’s residence by the Spokane SWAT team and more firearms were located by the Major Crimes Unit detectives.  

Felch is a convicted felon, he has a history of violent behavior and was involved in an Officer-Involved Shooting with SPD in 2004. 

Felch is considered ARMED and DANGEROUS.  If anyone sees Felch they should call 911 immediately. 

Anyone with information about last night's incident, who has not spoken with detectives, is asked to call Crime Check at 456-2233.
