HAYDEN, Idaho -The Kootenai County Sheriff's Office is hoping you can help deputies find a hit and run suspect.
It happened in the Hayden Walmart parking lot on March 31, at about 3 p.m. The suspect was attempting to park when he sideswiped another parked car. The driver then moved to a different space in the parking lot and went about his day without attempting to contact the owner of the vehicle he hit.
Deputies say the suspect is a white man, about 20-25 years old with dark colored hair. He was driving a green Ford Explorer. The man and his car were both captured on surveillance video.
Anyone with information on the vehicle or the driver is asked to call the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office Traffic Unit at 208-446-1300 and reference case #18-13104
