Spokane Valley Deputies are attempting to locate 33-year-old Justin W. Herter. He was last seen on Tuesday, November 28th, 2017 at approximately 7:00 a.m., when he left his residence located in the 900 block of S. Pines Rd. in Spokane Valley.
Herter’s mother reports he said he was going for a walk Tuesday morning and drove away in his white 2007 Nissan Maxima, Washington license plate AXT5592, and has not been heard from since. She stated this is not normal behavior for Herter, he takes various prescription medications for seizures and other health problems, and she is extremely worried for his welfare.
Herter is described as a white male, approximately 5’08”, 180 lbs., with short brown hair, brown eyes and a goatee. He may have traveled to North Idaho, specifically the Rathdrum area.
