LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. -The Liberty Lake Police Department is currently looking for a missing 16-year-old boy.

Kyle K. Van Liew was last seen on November 3 and hasn't been seen or heard from since. Police say they are concerned for the teen's welfare and would appreciate any information the public can provide.

On Tuesday, Van Liew's close friend and her mother sent a message to him.

"We just want you to come home," said Myah Cevey and Shelly Eller. "If you came home we'd do everything in our power to keep you with us. We'd take care of you and we love you. Please just come home. We love you so much."

Van Liew and Cevey had been dating for the last 13 months. Cevey ended things two days before he went missing, and is concerned for his safety.

Van Liew was last seen in Liberty Lake near the MeadowWood Golf Course around 10 a.m.

Van Liew is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and 125 lbs with long brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black backpack with a bleach spot, gold watch, and white high-tops.

Anyone with information about the missing teenager should contact the Liberty Lake Police at 509-755-1140 or 509-218-4899.
