On Monday night the Coeur d’Alene Police Department arrested 31-year-old Cody Campbell for the robbery of 91-year-old victim Arlene Scott the previous evening.
Campbell was taken into custody without incident and confessed to the robbery and subsequent passing of checks stolen during the robbery. Campbell will be booked on multiple charges including Robbery, Burglary and Grand Theft.
We want to thank the individuals who contacted us directly and through social media identifying the suspect.
The vigilance of those in the community, working with the police to keep their neighborhood safe, directly resulted in the swift apprehension of this suspect.
