SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. -The Washington State Patrol says a 29-year-old Ritzville man was killed in a multi-car crash on I-90 Monday night.
Troopers say Jacob Harder was driving westbound on I-90 about 19 miles west of Spokane when he struck another pickup from behind. The pickup Harder struck lost control and hit and went over a guardrail, traveled into a ditch and struck an embankment. The driver and passenger of that pickup were transported by ambulance to a Spokane hospital.
After striking that pickup, Troopers say Harder's pickup rolled, entered the eastbound lanes of I-90 and was struck by a semi-truck. Harder died as a result.
The driver of the semi-truck was not injured.
The Washington State Patrol says they are still investigating the crash.
