Tuesday To Be Hottest Day of the Year in the Inland Northwest

The National Weather Service forecasts the hottest temperatures of 2020 to hit the Inland Northwest on Tuesday.

Temps could rise as hot as 89 degrees. Some areas of Washington under notice for potential heat risk.

Spokane County will be in the "moderate" category. Those who are sensitive to heat, especially those without effective cooling or adequate hydration should be cautious.
