Not all Americans completely unplug from work when they go on vacation. More than a third of the respondents in Travel Leaders Group poll admit they "sometimes" check in, at least to keep up with their e-mail, while 13-percent say they need to stay in touch with their workplace while they're away. In addition, nearly 40-percent say usually don't take all their vacation days, while ten-percent typically end each year with more than a week of unused time off. But 95-percent either have or intend to take at least one leisure trip in 2014. Two-thirds like to get away for "rest and relaxation" or "to see and experience someplace new."
