There are a lot of disgruntled employees in the workforce.  Nearly two-thirds of the workers taking part in a Rasmussen College poll say they've thought about resigning.  Among these respondents, pay is the issue for 51-percent.  Just under a third believe there are no opportunities for them to advance, while 26-percent are "unfulfilled."  Nearly a quarter describe their job as "too stressful."  Just over 20-percent are unhappy because they aren't using their education or skills.  Only 24-percent overall, and 39-percent of respondents with a professional or graduate degree, say they're in their chosen career.
