Americans continue to be enamored with Europe.  Four of the five countries in The Harris Poll's survey of dream vacations are on the other side of the Atlantic.  In addition, 50-percent say if they could go to any foreign location without worrying about the cost, they'd travel to a European country.  And Italy continues to lead the list, ranking first for the third consecutive time.  But Australia is back on the rise, at number two.  The land down under held the top spot for 12 of the 16 years the survey has been taken, but had slipped to number three in the last poll, in 2011.  At number three this time around is Great Britain.  Since 1997 the UK has never ranked lower than number four, but has never been voted number one.  France and Ireland complete the top five.
